this potato and beef bake is really cheap and easy to make. serves 8. recipe written below

2 kg potatoes
60g butter
salt n pepper
2 eggs beaten

filling
1 kg beef mince
2 onions chopped
2 x 400g cans diced tomatoes
4 table sp tomato paste
2 table sp wistershire sauce
1 tea sp dry basil leaves
2/3 cup chicken stock or water mixed with 2 table sp plain flour
baking dish covered in margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs only use half on bottom
1/2 cup grated cheese for top
paprika for top
pre heat oven 180 degrees c bake approx 30 mins
