4 tbsp Butter

heavy cream or half and half
parsley
1 tsp Pepper flakes
1 tbsp Maggi chicken seasoning
1/2 tbsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Ground pepper
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Sazon Complete seasoning
1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded parmesan cheese
1 broccoli
