Delicately flavoured goodness! Salt is optional in this recipe – add according to taste 😉
Bake at 160 deg C at 20 to 30 deg C or until the cheese melts on top
(heat of oven varies depending on brand and kind)

Ingredients:
Step 1: Slice and Marinate
3 pcs Dory Fish Fillet , sliced thinly and in small pieces
1 Shrimp Flavored Cubes, chopped
1 thumb-sized Ginger, minced

Step 2: Frying
1 egg
1 tbsp Corn starch
black pepper Powder
Paprika Powder
cooking oil for frying

Step 3: Sauce:
1-2 tbsp Butter
1/2 of medium sized Onions, sliced
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tbsp all purpose Flour
1 & 1/2 cup Fresh Milk or Evaporated Milk
Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese or Quick melt cheese
black pepper powder
Paprika Powder
Dill , chopped
