Good Wednesday! This stovetop pulled pork was inspired by Allrecipes Real Hungarian Goulash. Sharing! 🙂
https://www.allrecipes.com/video/4334/real-hungarian-goulash/

What I used I think 🙂
3.9lb bone-in Boston Butt
2.5 Large Onions sliced thinly

Stockpot
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup water
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
1/8 Tsp Cayenne pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Butter

Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce

Searing pork is optional, but I thought it would add flavor to the gravy. Once Pork is removed, pour gravy into a small bowl and skim the fat. The gravy is delicious! Leftovers will be pulled pork and gravy over mashed potatoes!
