RECIPE
Chicken marinade :
– 1 cup of hot sauce
– 1 cup of chili powder

Coat :
– 1st bowl – plain flour
– 2nd bowl – batter(3 eggs, beer or sparkling water, plain flour)
– 3rd bowl – seasoned flour(plain flour, paprika, black pepper, chili powder, ground ginger, dried oregano leaves, salt, garlic salt, onion powder)

– Vegetable oil to fry your chicken
