3 x bell peppers red, yellow and green sliced
2 x red onions sliced
200 ml passata or a can chopped tomatoes
75 ml hot sauce
4 x skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp ground cumin
1Β½ tsp sugar
1Β½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Β½ tbsp smoked paprika
3 x garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 x big bag tortilla chips
1 x large ripe tomato diced
1 x avocado
100g grated cheese
Pinch chopped fresh coriander to garnish
