The Lecso Hungarian food is like the Salsa based on a pepper, onion and tomato mix. The difference the Lecso more cooked and can serve with pasta or rice and this way full menu not snack . You can eat with chips if you like and with bread even cold. The oil or bacon fat and fried onion give little heavier taste when you eat. Try this food and also easy to canning . When you cook it the first time, you can add precooked meat like sausage. But if you’ve canned it, better not put meat in just after when you opened the can to using. This is my version to cook Lecso .
