Learn how to cook Classic Beef Stroganoff with tender strips of beef and mushrooms. This is an easy and quick recipe. It just take 20 minutes.

Stroganoff ingredients:

• 500g sirloin beef steaks
•3 tbsp oil
• 1/3 black pepper
• 2 tsp paprika powder
• 1/4 chili flakes
• 1/3 salt or to taste
• 4 chopped garlic cloves
• 2 onions
• 400g mushrooms
• 1 cup broth
• 200ml heavy cream
• 3 tbsp fresh cream
• 2 tbsp corn flour
• 1 tbsp soya sauce
•For garnishing parsley
