Ingredients and other important information.
#1. Baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary.
250g camembert
1 tsp olive oil
sprig of rosemary
2 clove garlic, chopped
pinch of provenance herbs
Cook 180°C for 20 minutes.

1,5kg top rump beef
pinch salt
pinch fresh ground pepper
favorite herbs, add to taste
pinch paprika
1 medium carrot
1 large onion
2-3 celery sticks
Vegetables cut on large pieces.
For marinade:
1-2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
3-4 tbsp. sour cream
Cook beef in oven 190°C for 30 minutes then 100°C for 40 minutes.
For cranberry sauce:
300g frozen or fresh cranberries
100g caster sugar
#3. Potato flower.
1kg potato
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
50g butter
3-4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
herbs on taste
Cook 180°C for 1 hour. Reheat before serving.
#4. Antipasto Christmas Wreath.
200g pitted olives (green and black)
200g pickled artichokes, sliced
250g cherry tomatoes
125g mini mozzarella
100g cheddar, sliced
200g hard cheese, like Gouda or Parmigiano-Reggiano
set of your favorite meat delicacies: prosciutto, ham, pancetta, fuet.
