Ingredients:
Prawns 400g
For marinade:
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken cube 1/2
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 pinch
(Marinade for 1 hour)
Fry in oil until lightly golden 6-7 mnts
Same oil, (2tbsp) for frying :
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Onion 1 sliced
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Salary stick 1 tbsp
Peanuts 1 tbsp
Chicken cube 1/2
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Green chili 2 (sliced)
Seafood spice 1 tsp
Parsley 1/3 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
