CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4/5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
PREPARATION
1.Preheat the oven to 120C/250F.
Meantime clean and wash the wings then dry them with paper towels.
Place the wings in a large bowl and add the smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, honey, mayonnaise, and mix.
2. Place the wings on the parchment paper- lined baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
3.Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden brown.
4. After 30 min turn oven to 200C/425F rotate the tray and place on a higher shelf in the oven for another 30 minutes
5.Turn off the heat, place the wings in a large plate. Cool, then eat.
