Ingredients:
– Yoghurt
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp ginger powder
– 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 1/4 cup sunflower oil
– 1 tsp black pepper powder
– 1 tsp mixed herbs
– 3 tsp salt
– 2 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 2 tsp smoked paprika
– 4 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
– Chicken breast
– Chicken thighs
– Mixed salad
– Naan/bread of your choice
Sauce:
– Cucumber
– Thick Greek yoghurt
– 2 tsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp minces garlic
– 1 tsp black pepper powder
– Pinch of salt
