1 tsp salt
50ml (0.23 cup) oil
1 tsp baking powder
350g (2.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
 
8 chicken legs
Coriander
Paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
2 potatoes (100g)
1 onion
1 pepper
Tomato
Egg
sesame seeds
 
METHOD

Sprinkle the chicken legs with the spice mix (salt, coriander, garlic powder, paprika).
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough.
Fry potatoes. Fry the chicken legs, add the onion and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the cake. Place the chicken legs, potatoes, stewed vegetables and chopped tomato. Cover with a second crust and brush with an egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
