12 pieces of chicken
1 cup fried or 2 fresh onions
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp green chilis
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garam masala
coriander powder
some cilantro
1 cup water
In a large pan , saute the onions if you are using the fresh onions . If you are using the fried onions add to the pan , add oil , then add in the chicken and ginger cook the chicken until no longer pink.
Add in the rest of the spices and tomato and cilantro, garlic puree . Mix it will add water and cover and cook for 25- 30 minutes or until the chicken is well done . Enjoy đŸ˜€
