Pesto:

Basil Leaves – 2 cups
Grated Parmesan/Processed Cheese – 1/2 cup
Almond/Pine Nuts – 1/4 cup
Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon

Salt – to taste
Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons

Chicken Rollups:

Chicken Breast – 500g
Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
Sliced Tomatoes – 3

Onion Powder – 1 tablespoon
Paprika Powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Pepper Powder – 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil – 1 tablepsoon
Butter – 2 tablespoons
