Ingredients:
Minced chicken(chicken qeema) 600grams

Flour(maida)1 cup

Corn flour/corn starch(ararot powder) 2 tsp

Bread crumbs 1 cup

Bread slices 2

Milk(doodh) 1 cup(half for bread soaking and half for egg mixture)

Black pepper(kali mirch) 1 tsp(1/4 tsp for chicken mixture and 3/4 tsp for bread crumbs seasoning

Paprika 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1 tsp

Chicken powder 1 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Parsley 2 tsp(1 tsp for chicken mixture and 1 tsp for bread crums seasoning

Eggs 2 (1 for chicken mixture 1 for coating)

Salt(namak) 1 tsp

Oil for frying
