Ingredient’s for Mandi masala

Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cloves – 4
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon sticks – 4 small
Cardamom – 6
Black cardamom – 2
Nutmeg small piece – 1
Chicken powder or cube – 1tsp

Mandi Chicken Marination

SALT
PAPRIKA POWDER / red CHILI powder – 2tbsp
LEMON JUICE
CHAT MASALA – 1/2 TEASPOON
Ginger powder – 1tbsp
Olive oil /VEGETABIE oil – 1 tbsp
Saffron WATER HALF (SOAK 4 STRANDS Saffron in HALF A CUP OF water)
MANDI powder
