2 whole chicken cut into 2 pcs/each
1 TBSP turmeric powder
1TBSP paprika chili powder
1TBSP salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup butter oil for fried chicken

For saute:

1/2 cup butter oil
2 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
5 pcs cardamon
5 pcs cloves
5 pcs medium size union
2 TBSP Garlic & Ginger paste
1/2 cup curry leaf
1/2 TBSP turmeric powder
1 TBSP cumin powder
1 TBSP coriander powder
1 TBSP mix masala powder spices
1/2 TBSP black pepper
1 TBSP curry powder
2 TBSP salt..
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped coriander
3 pcs black lemon
boiling water cook till 30 minutes then remove the chicken and put the rice to cook.
