Oil – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon stick – 1 medium
Green cardamom – 2 piece
Bay leaves – 2 medium
Onion – 2-3 medium
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Potato – 2 medium
Chicken – 750 gm
Tomato – 2 medium
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp – to taste
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Chicken stock – 1 piece / 9 gm
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Tarka – 1/4 oil with 1 tsp paprika
Fresh green coriander and green chilli for garnishing
