Red chili 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
Chicken powder 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons
All purpose flour (maida) 3 tablespoons
Corn flour 1 1/2 tablespoons
Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Egg 1
Coriander 4 tablespoons
Marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Frying oil.
Fry on medium flame until chicken is done.
Oil 5 tablespoons

Red chili 6-7
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Chili garlic sauce 5 tablespoons
Red food color few drops
