500g ground meat
150g carrots
200g tamato paprika
half cup full of breadcrumbs
1 egg
200ml cream
paprika, salt & pepper
Clean the carrots and rub them on a vegetable grater. Give it in a bowl with the ground meat & breadcrumbs. Give the egg in the bowl and scatter salt, pepper & paprika on it. Mix everything together and form meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a medium heated pan on both sides. When your ready with the meatballs fry the tomato paprika in the pan. After a few minutes add cream to it. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it and add the cream. Stir it a few minutes and serv it with noodles, rice or…and enjoy.
