You must try this easy snack recipe Barbeque Nation Style Cajun Spiced Potatoes as it’s super delicious and easy to make.

************** START of RECIPE **************
First, take around 20 baby potatoes. Don’t remove the skin as Skin makes the potatoes more crispy. Rinse in the water at least 2 times and make sure the water is clear. cook potatoes to be soft but not mushy when u touch them.

Place all the potatoes on a chopping board and gently press the potatoes one by one with your palm and flatten them.

Take a bowl and add 4 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Add water little by little. Give it a good mix forming a batter.

Take a Kadai or pan and add oil to shallow fry the baby potatoes. Now take a boiled potato and dip into this batter. A thin coating covering full potato uniformly is what we need. Place this coated potato in the oil immediately. Repeat the same process with all remaining baby potatoes and shallow fry them in medium flame. Fry both sides until they turn golden brown and crisp. Always fry in batches. Repeat to finish all the potatoes to fry.

Take a bowl, add 3/4 cup of egg or eggless mayonnaise. Now add 1 tsp chili flakes, you can change the amount as per your taste, 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning or mixed herb of your choice. Now add 1 tsp onion powder. Add 3 tsp of garlic powder. Now add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp red paprika powder. If u don’t have red paprika powder u can replace it with normal red chili powder. Now give it a good mix like a smooth paste with a spoon.
add 1/4 cup of milk. Give it a good mix. Your cajun spiced mayonnaise is ready.
