Baking recipes

Recipe:
Yeast starter:
18 g fresh yeast
2 tablespoons of water
6 grams of sugar

Dough:
250 g wheat flour
120 ml whole milk
1 egg
40 g butter
6g salt
10 g of sugar

Baking time:
200 ° C / 392 ° F for 20 minutes
