3 tomatoes
1 paprika
1 onion
1 can of tuna
half a can of corn
some olives
lettuce
olive oil
salt and pepper
other spices you’d like

And here it is translated into Arabic:
550 غ من البرغل
3 طماطم
1 بابريكا
1 بصلة
1 علبة تونة
نصف علبة ذرة
بعض الزيتون
الخس
زيت الزيتون
ملح وفلفل
بهارات أخرى تحبها
