Today we are making delicious and easy VEGAN WINGS. The perfect healthy snack. And the best part: we are enjoying it with Vegan Ranch Dressing.
Now let’s get into the INGREDIENTS.
BUFFALO WINGS:
1 head of cauliflower
½ cup of water
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup flour
2 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
salt, pepper
buffalo sauce

VEGAN RANCH:
1½ cups vegan mayo
3 T unsweetened almond milk
1½ T apple cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves pressed (or 1-2 t garlic powder)
1 t onion powder
¼ t paprika
1 t dried dill
1 t fresh parsley chopped
salt, pepper
t = teaspoon; T = Tablespoon
