ingredients for the soup:
-1 broccoli head
-200g chickpeas (50g extra for topping)
-3-4 cloves of garlic
-1 clove
-1 tsp miso paste
-lemon juice
-1tbsp veggie stock
-1tsp pepper
-1tsp ginger powder
-1tsp onion powder
-400ml coconut milk
-500ml water
