Hi Chefs! This Blackened Salmon recipe is super easy and fun. You can use the blackened seasoning on Chicken, Pork Chops, and Shrimp. Then pan sear or grill.

Blackened Seasoning Video

Ingredients:
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Pineapple Salsa Video

4 cups. Diced Fresh Pineapple
1/2 cup Diced Red Pepper
1/2 cup Diced Green Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
1 Whole Medium Onion Diced
3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Juice of 1 Large Lemon
Salt TT (to taste)
Pepper TT (to taste)
