Black Rice Pudding
Ingredients
Black Rice – 200 ml [Buy: https://goo.gl/bxJw2U]
Water – 3 cups
Sugar
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 2 to 3 tsp
Coconut milk – 1/2 cup (optional) [Buy: https://goo.gl/dKtAhX]
Grated Coconut

Method:
1. Soak black rice for 10 hours or overnight.
2. Pressure cook the soaked black rice by adding water.
3. Once the rice is cooked, mash it well.
4. In a wide sauce pan add the mashed black rice, sugar and mix well.
5. Now add cardamom powder, ghee, coconut milk (optional) and mix well.
6. Garnish it with fresh grated coconut.
7. Black Rice Pudding is ready to serve warm or cold.
