This is my lazy go-to but sooo! delicious favourite fall/winter PUMKIN recipe. I make it non stop when pumkin is in season.

Instructions:
Chop it up
Bake at ~350 F or 175°C for 8 min+
! Make sure to grill the pumkin under the broiler for the remaining ~8min

Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
(1 tbsp maple syrup)
YOUR choice : (smoked paprika powder, sweet paprika, garlic powder, chilli, pepper, curry spice)
some tomato paste or ketschup
