• 3 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into ¾-inch cubes
• 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into ¾-inch cubes
• 1 28-oz can diced tomatoes, drained (535 g)
• 2 15.5-oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed (508g)
• 1 cup golden raisins (176g)
• 4 cups low-salt vegetable broth (944g)
• 3 cups Swiss chard, (about ½ bunch) chopped (156g)
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• Plain Greek yogurt
• Chopped pistachios
• Chopped fresh cilantro
• Pita bread
