Ingredients for chicken sauce
750g chicken minced
1 large chopped onion
4-5 garlic cloves chopped
4 tbsp oil
6 crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Salt to taste
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp paprika powder
Ingredients for cheese sauce
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
200g cream cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp red chilli flakes
For lasagna
12 boiled lasagna sheet
250 g mozzarella cheese
