2 lb Goatmeat( Cut into Chunks)
3 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste(i just blended both)
1 Whole lemon juice
2 tbsp Curry powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin Powder
3 Stalks of Scallions or green onion
2 Scotch Bonnets
½ tsp Blackpepper
½ tsp Allspice
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Knorr beef Seasoning or 2 maggi cubes
2 Scotch bonnets(optional or adjust to your spiciness)
½ Medium size onion
Half bell pepper
5 pimento Seeds
1 large potatoe
