INGREDIENTS:
half kg onion
half kg red kidney beans
half kg kidney red beans
half kg chickpeas
1 kg peeled cubed potatoes
Meat bones, chicken or meat, Chicken Thighs
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Spices: paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, soup powder, turmeric, cumin

PREPARATION:
Soak beans overnight.
Day after, take the water out and wash the beans.
Lightly grease pot with oil,
fry the onion until golden brown.
Combine all the ingredients in the
pot and mix slightly together.
Add one inch of water above the ingredients
Add all the spices and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover the pot and cook overnight.
While cooking al night there should be a slight babbling.
Serve hot.
Enjoy!
