BEEF STEW
1/4 cup olive oil or 3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 kl beef brisket (you can use any part of beef)
1/2 tsp Salt
Ground black pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
3 medium size carrots, diced
3 pcs celery stalks
200g button mushroom (well drained)
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup red wine
250g tomato sauce
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1-2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp spanish paprika
1 pc bay leaf
1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper
1 liter beef broth
*substitute: 1 liter water + 1 pc knorr cube beef
200g cooked green peas (well drained)
2 large size potatoes, cubed
