Hello Everyone! In today’s video we are preparing a super delicious beef tomato stew. We are adding some bell peppers in the stew which adds some flavor and aroma to the stew. This stew is super delicious and can be paired with anything.

Ingredients:

2 large &1 small onions

3 large red bell peppers

1- 28oz can whole tomatoes

Crushed tomatoes

2 thumbsize ginger

5 cloves garlic

1 tsp thyme

3 tbsp marjoram

Basil leaves

Dry rosemary

Shrimp powder

Bay leaves

Pepper and salt to taste

Oil

1 Tbsp Anise seed

4 gloves garlic for stew

Spring onions, onion and bell pepper to garnish
