Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1 Red Chilli
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin (optional)
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
2 Teaspoons Curry powder
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Red Pepper, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Yellow Pepper, finely chopped
1 Carrots (Fully Cup Packed), finely grated
1/2 Cup + 3 Tablespoons Canned tomatoes,
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
215g Can Baked beans
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Notes:
– I used water because my stove was very hot, you can omit it if there’s no need for them.
– I usually use fresh ginger and garlic, but I ran out. Use what you have
