Being a mum can be overwhelming when you have so many things to do, and what feels like no time to do it. Here I will be showing a quick and easy recipe that will last for a few days, so that you dont have to spend all day everyday in the kitchen! In this video I show how I like to make a beef stew using a 6.5 litre slow cooker.

Ingredients:
beef, potatos, carrots, peas, onions, salt, pepper, ginger, all spice, chilli, paprika, oxo cubes, cornflour
