Onian 150gr

Salt 1,1/2tsp
Rad Chilli powder 1,1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Koriander powder 1,1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1 ,1/2tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Green cardamon 1/8tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/8tsp
Fresh koriander 10gr

Rindfleisch 700gr
Kartoffel 300gr
öl 150ml
Ingwer u.Knoblauch 2Essl
Zwiebel 150gr
Tomaten 150gr
Salz 1,1/2Teelöffel
Red pakora Pulver 1Teelöffel
