1 1/2 kg ground beef
2 T garlic powder
1 T paprika
2 onion (white onion much prefer minced)
1 T black pepper
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 T salt
1 T soy sauce
1/2 c cornstarch

burger sauce:
1 c homemade mayonaise
1/2 onion (white onion much prefer minced)
2 T tomato ketchup
2 T sugar white
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1T yellow mustard
1 t garlic powder
1 pc kalamansi juice
