Baked Mozzarella Chicken with Broccoli 🥦

for the ingredients:
chicken breast-400grams
dried basil-1tsp
salt and pepper to taste
paprika powder-2grams
olive oil-2tbsp

for the sauce:
red onion-1pc
garlic cloves-2pcs
red bell pepper-1pc
olive oil
tomato paste-30grams
chopped tomatoes in can-1
dried oregano-2grams
salt and pepper to taste
grated Mozzarella- 150grams

to serve:
broccoli-200grams
fresh parsley-15grams
