This video is about my special baked Italian meatballs! I love making anything related to pasta so this was made with lots of love. All the fresh herbs & spices used in there also makes it incredibly tasty! Of course I chose to bake it because it retains more flavor that way & doesnβt end up too dry. Enjoy π
Ingredients
Mince Pork ( Beef also works)
Red Onions – Half bulb diced
Garlic – 5 cloves diced
Fresh Parsley ( Dry works)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – add as required
Milk – 1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs – Plain
Eggs – 2 full or yolks only
Aluminum foil
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mozzarella- as required
