Crispy Chicken Wings…Baked!!

Ingredients:
Wings:
500 g – chicken wings, cut into drums and flats
1/4 Tbs – baking powder (not baking soda!)
1/4 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1/4 tsp – black/white pepper
1/4 tsp – paprika
Sauce:
15 g – melted butter
30 g – Sriracha/chilli sauce or any hot sauce of your choice
1/2 Tbs – honey/white sugar/brown sugar, your choice

Instruction;
1. Put the oven rack to middle-upper position and preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
2. Prep the baking rack: line the baking tray/sheet with aluminium foil and put the rack on top of that tray.
3. Make sure the wings are dry, pat them with a paper towel.
4. In a small bowl, combine the dry mix; baking powder, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika. Mix well with a fork.
5. In a larger bowl, add the dry mix to the kitchen and toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
6. Rack them up, make sure the wings are not too close together on the rack.
7. Bake for 30 minutes; flip and continue to cook until golden brown. Once cook, rest for 5-10 mins after they are out of the oven.
8. Make the sauce; butter, chilli sauce, and sweetener.
9. Pour the sauce all over the wings and toss well. Boom! Or serve without coated sauce for that crunchy goodness.
