Recipe:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
2 cups milk
3 large eggs – beaten
1/2 lb. unsalted butter – melted
8 oz sharp cheddar
3 tbsp minced jalapeño (pickled or fresh)
1 cup corn (canned or roasted)
Bacon (as much as you can handle)
