Tiap kali kita ke Chinese restoran pasti ada pesen menu ini. Kebayang rasa renyah babi goreng yang dipadu dengan saus asam manisnya, apalagi ditambah nanas dan paprika di dalamnya.
Ternyata mudah loh membuatnya, simak terus videonya ya untuk tahu cara membuatnya.

BABI ASAM MANIS

(untuk 4 porsi)

1 kg daging babi khas dalam, potong dadu kecil
200 gram tepung beras
300 gram nanas kalengan, potong-potong
1 buah paprika merah, potong kotak
1 buah paprika orens, potong kotak
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 bawang bombai besar, potong kotak
2 sdm minyak babi
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdm arak beras
2 sdm angciu
2 sdm kecap ikan
10 sdm saos tomat
4 sdm selai strawberry
2 sdm saus plum
3 sdm gula pasir
100 ml air

SWEET AND SOUR PORK

(for 4 servings)

Ingredients
1 kg pork tenderloin, cut into cube bite-sized
200 grams rice flour
300 grams canned pineapple, cut into bite-sized
1 piece of red pepper, cut into cube bite-sized
1 piece of orange pepper,cut into cube bite-size
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 big onion, cut into chunks
2 tbsp pork lard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp strawberry jam
2 tbsp plum sauce
10 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp granulated sugar
100 ml water
