Amy Carney, an associate professor of history at The Pennsylvania State University at Erie, The Behrend College, and the 2024–25 Fulbright-ifk Senior Fellow in Cultural Studies, gave a presentation at the 2025 Fulbright Seminar in American Studies entitled “Austro-Hungarian Recipes for an American Audience.” During the premiere, Amy will be available to answer questions in the live chat.
