Today i will show you my recipe for POTATOES AU GRATIN with Chorizo, Jamón Serrano and 2 types of Cheese. You should try this delicious potato recipe at home! Please subscribe my Channel and share this video if you like it.

Ingredients

500g small potatoes
200g Chorizo sausage
7 slices of Serrano Ham
12 Gordal olives
100g Manchego cheese
4 slices Gouda

Spices
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
half tsp rosemery
half tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp oregano

Finish with fresh parsley or sage! Bon Appetit!
