Ingredients

500g small potatoes
200g Chorizo sausage
7 slices of Serrano Ham
12 Gordal olives
100g Manchego cheese
4 slices Gouda

Spices
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
half tsp rosemery
half tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp oregano

Finish with fresh parsley or sage! Bon Appetit!
