This is our flagship, alder smoked paprika. Unlike the store bought paprika with which you’re familiar, this one is seven stars. It’s made from a jalepeno habenero hybrid we have, the aviletto chiles from Italy and the fatalia chiles that run half a million scoville units. They are an amazing, sweet and seductive chile, and they’re very, very hot. Together with the alder smoke and the other chiles, this has no peer.
