Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! 😍 These loaded sweet potatoes are the ultimate easy, delicious meal perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
2 small sweet potatoes
1 tsp chili powder (adjust for spice preference)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (for a deeper flavour)
1 tsp ground coriander
110g shredded ham hock (or substitute with pulled pork, bacon, or grilled chicken)
A handful of grated mozzarella (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella for extra cheesiness)
Olive oil spray
Method
1️⃣ Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes (or leave the skin on for extra texture). Slice them into evenly sized fries—this helps them cook evenly.
2️⃣ Place the sweet potato fries in a large bowl and lightly spray with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground coriander.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the fries and shake the bowl to coat each piece evenly.
3️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Transfer the fries to an oven-proof dish and place them in the air fryer, cook for 15 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check your fries, the edges should be golden brown and crispy.
4️⃣ Once the fries are cooked, top them with shredded ham hock and grated mozzarella.
Return to the air fryer and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5️⃣ Remove from the air fryer and top with any extra toppings you like.
6️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded sweet potato fries!
