Testing the “WHOLE CHICKEN” Smart Chef Program in the Philips Premium Airfryer XXL Digital HD9861/99 with Smart Sensing Technology. I tested the airfryer placing a whole 1.265kg chicken in the basket. The marinade was simple with a mixture of paprika powder, salt and oil. The smart sensing technology automatically selected the right temperature and time for the perfect doneness and crispiness after I entered the nett weight of the chicken.
To ensure you get the perfect chicken, use nett weight and round down. For example, if the whole chicken is 1.265kg, enter 1.2kg. This way, you can add few more minutes if needed.
I will also test the other Functions/Programs (fish, fresh chips, frozen chips, drumsticks, keep warm, etc) in future videos.
